The IT Specialist will report to the Chief Digital Officer and support company-wide IT operations. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3+ years of IT support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and good English communication. Experience with sales & distribution systems is a plus. Responsibilities include providing IT support, troubleshooting issues, installing/maintaining devices, managing IT assets, and supporting system upgrades.
