We are looking for an experienced warehouse manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse and ensure the workflow is highly efficient. He will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating receiving, storage and shipping operations, and leading the team to achieve operational and safety goals. Responsibilities: • Overseeing all warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, storage, and shipping preparation. • Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy in the system and continuously update records. • Organize periodic and comprehensive inventory operations and address discrepancies. • Monitor and develop the performance of the warehouse team to ensure the required productivity is achieved. • Applying health and safety standards and maintaining a safe working environment. • Improving work procedures and raising the efficiency of operations to reduce costs and increase speed and accuracy. • Coordinating with other departments such as purchasing, sales, and transportation to ensure smooth operations. • Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to management regarding warehouse and inventory performance.
